Marriage mentoring is a process for training key couples in your church to mentor other couples. It is a hands-on method of mediation and teaching truth, empowering couples to solve their own issues. It is unique in that it’s very effective for premarital couples, couples wanting to enrich their marriage and couples in crisis.
Mentors who complete this training are prepared to lead a couple through a ten-week mentoring process involving one meeting per week. It is based on biblical principles and provides a 21-page scripture reference guide, question guides, homework recommendations, how to recognize the four relationship killers, and many other resources. Life transformation happens through a committed personal relationship with Christ that opens their hearts to biblical truths. Relationship problems are spiritual problems of the heart and through this training you will be equipped to guide couples to the relationship God designed and desires for them.
